This is a two story lock out unit.  So you can rent the upstairs or downstairs separately.  This is for both units combined.

We love our home and so will you... it’s nice but not new. 🏡 Built in 1976, it’s been updated but shows some age 😊 like me. (Sleeps 5)

• Brand new flooring, linens, bedding, and ceiling fans
• Iron and mini iron board, Folding luggage rack

🛏️ Bedroom - Downstairs unit:

• Queen Bed w/night stands

*Twin air mattresses provided with sheets and blankets for additional guests*

• New refinished showers.
• Remodeled with new toilets, lighting, and faucets.

🚻 Bathroom - Downstairs unit:

• New Toilet, Shower and Vanity.

• $125 per pet fee per pet

📺 Entertainment - Upstairs and Downstairs:

• New 55" Roku TVs for entertainment
• Smart TVs for streaming with allowed apps

• Comfortable year-round with new AC and heating systems

• Patio furniture included for relaxation on sunny or rainy days
• Private access to all interior space for your exclusive use

• South Eugene near UO, Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, PK Park
• Next to Amazon Park, offering numerous recreation opportunities

🔑 Access:

• Keypad access with August Lock code will be sent to you and good for your whole stay
• Downstairs unit lock will be provided to access the sliding door entry
  

🅿️ Parking:

• One parking space included when both units are rented
• Additional space available (if available) for $80 per night

Other things to note
**Credit Card hold required (like hotels, which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions** Hold is on your credit card when you check in and is removed when you check out without damage.

We use Enso Connect for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple Credit Card hold to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!

Note: Arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Enso Connect is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
